Compose Mail

The IRIS mail is helpful to the administrator to compose new mails, check inbox messages and to reply back to individual or group users.

 

Steps to compose a mail

1.   Login to (IRIS Digital Banking application) with Administrator privileges.

2.   Click Compose Mail sub menu under Customer Support -> IRIS Mail.

3.   Select individual user, if you want to send a mail to a single customer.

4.   Click search icon.

5.   Select the required customer and click select.

6.   Enter Subject and Message.

7.   Click Send.

8.   Select group user, if you want to send a mail to a group.

9.   Select Group from the list.

10.  Enter Subject and Message.

11.  Click Send.
