This report displays IRIS Digital Banking system downtime by date.

Steps to generate report

1.  Login to IRIS Digital Banking application with Administrator privileges.

2.  Click Reports  and then click Downtime Report.

3.  Enter From & To Dates.

4.  Click View.

­  The system displays the report.

5.  To download report:

­  Select Format Form.

­  The system downloads the report in the required format.
