This report  shows customers that have been registered for IRIS Digital Banking but have never logged in.

Steps to generate report

1.  Login to IRIS Digital Banking application with Administrator privileges.

2.  Click Reports and then click Inactive Users.

­  The system displays the report by default.

3.  To download report:

­  Select Format Form.

­  The system downloads the report in the required format.
