This report displays the invalid login attempts made on the IRIS Digital Banking System by both bank employees and bank customers.
Steps to generate report
1. Login to IRIS Digital Banking application with Administrator privileges.
2. Click Reports and then click Login Attempts Report.
3. Select Customer (or) Bank Employee.
4. Enter From & To Dates
5. Click View.
The system displays the report.
6. To download reports:
Select download format.
The report gets downloaded in the selected format.
