This report displays detailed information on the number of times each page was accessed and by how many different customers in each month. The report can be further drilled down to view all the customers who accessed the page and the number of times the page was accessed in a month. Even further drill down displays how many pages and how many times each page was accessed by each customer in a month.

Steps to generate report

1.  Login to IRIS Digital Banking application with Administrator privileges.

2.  Click Reports and then click Page Hits Report.

3.  Enter From & To Dates.

4.  Click View.

­  The system displays the report.

5.  To download report:

­  Select Format Form.

­  The system downloads the report in the required format.
