Setup Mail Template

This feature allows the bank administrator to setup templates for letters to be printed. E.g.: Enrollment Letter, Welcome Letter, Temporary User ID, Password etc.

 

Steps to setup letter templates

1.  Login to IRIS Digital Banking application with Administrator privileges.

2.  Click Customer Support  and then click Setup Mail Template.

3.  Select Mail Type.

4.  Enter Subject.

5.  Enter Message.

6.  Click Send.
