This report displays the user name, last login, password expiration, aging days, locking days, warning days and invalid attempts of the bank user as well as of customers.

Steps to generate report

1.  Login to IRIS Digital Banking application with Administrator privileges.

2.  Click Customer Support  and then click User Activity Report.

3.  Select User Type i.e. Customer/Bank.

4.  Enter User Name/ Any Advanced Filters fields.

5.  Click View.

­  The system displays the report.

6.  To download report:

­  Select Format Form.

­  The system downloads the report in the required format.
