User Login Support

User login Support allows a bank administrator to search a registered user by his/her Name, User ID or Customer ID.  Additionally, helps the administrator to perform the following:

 

      Unlock the user account, if it gets locked due to invalid login attempts.

      Reset the user password, in case it is forgotten by the user.

      Reset the user security/challenge questions, in case if the user forgets the answers for the questions.

      Delete the customer profile, in case if the customer has no longer holds any relationship with the bank.

      Generate temporary user ID and temporary password letter for a newly registered user to login to IRIS Digital Banking system.

      Generate temporary user ID and temporary password letter in bulk for the newly registered users from the core into the IRIS IRIS Digital Banking system.

 

Steps to Search a Customer

1.   Login to IRIS Digital Banking application with Administrator privileges.

2.   Click Customer Support and then click User Login Support. By default, search from Customer ID tab would be enabled.

3.   To search a user by Customer ID:

­  Enter Customer ID and click Search.

4.   To search a user by User ID:

­  Click User ID tab, enter User ID and then click Search.

5.   To search a user by Customer Name:

­  Click Name tab, enter Customer Name and then click Search.

 

Steps to Unlock a User Account

1.   Login to IRIS Digital Banking application with Administrator privileges.

2.   Click Customer Support and then click User Login Support. By default, search from Customer ID tab would be enabled.

3.   Search the Customer by Customer ID/ User ID/ Name.

­  The system displays a confirmation message as “Locked”.

4.   Click Reset link.

­  The system displays a confirmation message as “Unlocked successfully”. Also the status changes to “Verified“.

 

Steps to Reset Password

1.   Login to IRIS Digital Banking application with Administrator privileges.

2.   Click Customer Support  and then click User Login Support. By default, search from Customer ID tab would be enabled.

3.  Search the Customer by Customer ID/ User ID/ Name.

4.   Click Reset Password.

­  System displays a dialog box asAre you sure you want to reset passwordwith Yes and No options.

5.   Click Yes.

­  The system displays a confirmation message as “Password has been reset”.

Steps to Reset Security Questions

1.   Login to IRIS Digital Banking application with Administrator privileges.

2.   Click Customer Support and then click User Login Support. By default, search from Customer ID tab would be enabled.

3.   Search the Customer by Customer ID/ User ID/ Name.

4.   Click Reset Security Questions.

­  The system displays a dialog box asAre you sure you want to reset passwordwith Yes and No options.

5.   Click Yes.

­  The system displays a confirmation message as “Security Questions has been reset”.

 

Steps to Delete Customer

1.   Login to IRIS Digital Banking application with Administrator privileges.

2.   Click Customer Support and then click User Login Support. By default, search from Customer ID tab would be enabled.

3.   Search the Customer by Customer ID/ User ID/ Name.

4.   Click Delete Customer.

­  The system displays a dialog box asyou sure you want to delete the following customer” with Yes and No options.

5.   Click Yes.

­  The system displays a confirmation message as “User ID has been successfully deleted”.

 

Steps to Generate Temporary User ID/Password letters

1.  Login to IRIS Digital Banking application with Administrator privileges.

2.  Click Customer Support and then click User Login Support. By default, search from Customer ID tab would be enabled.

3.  Search the Customer by Customer ID/ User ID/ Name.

4.  To generate a temporary User ID letter:

­  Click Print User ID mail.

­  The system displays a pop up message with the temporary User ID letter.

5.  Click Print icon to print the letter.

6.  To generate a temporary Password letter:

­ Click Print Password mail.

­ The system displays a pop up message with the temporary login password letter.

7.  Click Print icon to print the letter.

 

Steps to Generate Temporary User ID/Password letters in Bulk for Not Enrolled Customers

1.  Login to IRIS Digital Banking application with Administrator privileges.

2.  Click Customer Support and then click User Login Support.

3.  Click Not Enrolled tab.

4.  Select Date.

5.  Note: Specify the date on which you have registered from core to IRIS Digital banking

6.  Click Search.

­  The system displays All Users who are not enrolled.

7.  To generate temporary User ID letter’s in bulk:

­  Select Multiple Users/ Select All.

­  Click Print User ID mail.

­  The system displays a pop up message with the temporary User ID letter.

8.  Click Print icon to print the letter. If multiple users are selected every page in print will have data of one user.

9.  To generate temporary Password letter’s in bulk:

­  Select Multiple Users/ Select All.

­  Click Print Password mail.

­  The system displays a pop up message with the temporary Login Password letter.

10. Click Print icon to print the letter. If multiple users are selected every page in print will have data of one user.
