This screen allows the administrator to view and delete the emails from trash.

Steps to view and delete the emails from Trash

1.   Login to (IRIS Digital Banking application) with Administrator privileges.

2.   Click Trash sub menu under Customer Support  -> IRIS Mail menu.

3.   If you want to:

•    View the email, click the email you want to view.

– Click Inbox to navigate back to the Trash screen.

•    Delete the email, select the email you want to delete.

– Click Delete. The system deletes the email.
